i heard the new walkmen album the other day – it’ll be the painfully awkward album of the year. it’s becoming longer and longer ago since i first heard them with the girl, but somehow they still manage to produce the soundtrack for everything i do – only with better hooks and rhythm. anyway, the album is really great and i can’t wait to see them at the bowery ballroom august 18th and 19th.
